Application No. 1849 of 2021 in SLP (Cri) No.5191 of 2021 decided on 16/12/2021). Leave with liberty is granted. Bail Application stands dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Application stands disposed of in view of dismissal of the Bail Application. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. In the event, the fresh Application is filed, the Special Court shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with the law.
