This Court by order dated 15 March 2023 in Bail Application No. 553 of 2023, while releasing the applicant on bail, has inter alia imposed the following condition:

"(iii) The Applicant shall not enter into the limits of Shrivardhan Taluka till conclusion of the trial except to attend the dates before the trial Court."

By this application, on the medical ground, the relaxation/modifcation of the aforesaid condition, is sought. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant is involved in multiple crimes, I am not inclined to relax/modify the aforesaid condition. Hence, the Application is rejected.
