The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the only relief sought is of issuance of a direction to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a particular time frame as the same is pending since the year 2013. The learned AGP informs us that the matter has not been proceeded with, in view of the fact that the report of the Vigilance Cell is by Iresh Siddharam Mashal Date:

Since the proceedings in respect of the petitioner is pending since 2013 and considering the fact the petitioner has not been paid pension on account of the same, we deem it appropriate to direct the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner latest by 31/01/2019. The Committee would issue appropriate directions to the Vigilance Cell to submit its report expeditiously having regard to the fact that the proceedings are pending since the year 2013.
With the directions as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Put up for compliance on 07/02/2019.
