The application seeking extension, is filed on 18/6/2021, but was never listed before the Court. The applicant is ready with the surety to furnish the same within a period of two weeks.

The order directing to furnish the surety is extended by a period of two weeks from today, and in absence of the surety being furnished, the Investigating Officer shall arrest the applicant.
