Learned Counsel state that the parties are residing separately since February, 2008 and there is no possibility of reconciliation between them. We, therefore, dispose of both the Appeals in terms of the Consent Terms. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted. There shall be a decree of divorce by mutual consent under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, dissolving the marriage solemnized on 9th May, 2007.
The Civil Application No. 140 of 2013 to stand disposed of. By consent, Criminal Revision Application No. 386 of 2013 is taken on Board and disposed of in view of the Consent Terms. (S.G.DIGE, J.) (A.A. SAYED, J.) .....
