Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent pursuant to the impugned order was reinstated. However, after sometime his services again came to be terminated. 3.
In this view of the matter, as the petitioner was already reinstated, nothing remains for consideration in this petition. 4.
Learned counsel for the respondent has stated that proceedings have been already filed against the subsequent termination. Those proceedings obviously will be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
