The College Tribunal by order directed the petitioner/institution in Writ Petition No.12004 of 2016 to reinstate the petitioner in contempt petition. For non-compliance of the said order, the teacher has filed present contempt petition. 2.

Initially respondent No.1 who was the president of the institution was made party. However, it is informed that during pendency of the present contempt petition, respondent No.1 has passed away. The contempt petitioner has, therefore, filed present civil application to implead all Trustees as party to the contempt
