The Applicant has received notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. dated 21/02/2022 issued by the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Tripura Police Crime Branch, Agartala. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that Crime No.2019WAG020 dated 21/03/2019 has been registered against the Applicant at Khowai Police Station, Agartala, Tripura for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 201, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 r/w 34 of the IPC. The Applicant apprehends his arrest in the said crime. He further states that the Applicant shall file an application for bail before the concerned Court having jurisdiction to entertain the 1/2

Megha 17_aba_1364_2023.doc application. He seeks transit bail in order to enable the Applicant to approach the concerned Court. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Tripura Police Crime Branch, Agartala on 10/05/2023. 3.

In the light of the said statement following order is passed:- (i) The Applicant is granted temporary pre-arrest bail for a period of two weeks from the date of this order subject to the Applicant furnish PR bonds in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties to the like amount;

(ii) The Applicant shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime, Tripura Police Crime Branch, Agartala on 10/05/2023.
