The parties have agreed to settle their dispute amicably as per the minutes of order which are as reproduced hereinunder:- MINUTES OF ORDER
1. Agreed, declared and confirmed that the impugned Judgment and order dated 25th February, 2014 passed by the Learned judge Family Court at Bandra in petition No.A.1497 of 2011 filed by the petitioner against the respondent for annulment of marriage under section 12(1) (C) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 is hereby set aside and quashed.

2. Agreed, declared and confirmed that the alleged marriage solemnized on 14th November, 2010 between the parties stands dissolved and is null and void and not binding upon the parties hereto in any manner whatsoever. And both the parties are at liberty to marry.
3. Agreed, declared and confirmed that both the parties have now no any grievance against each other and hereby declares, confirms, and undertakes to withdraw all the allegations and/or complaints made against each other and undertake not make any complaints and allegations against each other in future.
4. The petitioner shall pay to the respondent a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- by way of cheque bearing No.169127 drawn in favor of respondent herein at the time of execution of these minutes as and by way of full and final compensation towards the alleged claim of marriage."

Both the appellant and respondent are personally present before the Court. On specific query, they submitted that they have gone through the contents of the minutes of order and understood the same. They submitted that they have no objection if the appeal is to disposed of Shubhada S Kadam 2/3
in terms of the said minutes of order. The minutes of order are signed by the parties and their respective counsel. Learned counsel for the appellant has handed over cheque to the respondent as per clause 4 of the minutes of order. The minutes of order are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
