Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the suit is valued for approximately Rs.11 lacs but below Rs.1 crore and hence, it is to be transferred to the District Court, in view of the recent notification issued by the Law and Judiciary Department, Government of Maharashtra under Maharashtra Civil Courts (Amendment) Act, 2015 bearing No.CCS.2014/C.R.-25/D-19 dated 31.8.2015.

In view of the above notification which has come into effect from 1.9.2015, the matter alongwith the cross objections, is transferred to 1 / 2

fa.728.2014_24.doc District Court, Nasik. Registrar (Judicial) to take note of the same and do the needful by 11.9.2015.

Parties to appear before the District Court, Nasik on 14.9.2015. 4.

First Appeal, the cross objections and the Civil Application stand disposed of accordingly.
