The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that this petition may be disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's pending application dated 23.10.2013 at Exh. B in respect of granting permission to the petitioner for alienation of agricultural land described in the said application. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 3 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application at Exh. B in accordance with law as
