Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

By order dated 28/04/2022, the applicant was admitted to bail in M.P.I.D. Case No.14 of 2019. The order directed his release on cash bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks and he was directed to furnish P.R.Bond in the sum M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 23 IA-1664-22.doc of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties of the like amount within the said period. On 06/05/2022, the order came to be corrected on a praecipe being moved. The applicant seeks four weeks's time to furnish the P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- as directed alongwith the sureties. Since the request appears to be bona fde, I am inclined to grant the same. Time to furnish the sureties is extended further by a period of four weeks.
