1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 17th May 2016 the applicant had attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and cooperated in the process of investigation and necessary documents are also seized. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the same, the interim relief granted by Order dated 17th May 2016 is hereby confirmed.
