The above Civil Application has been filed for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition No.1236 of 2010. The ground made out is that the Petitioner is around 66 years of age and the dispute is as regards BGP.

CAW-418-15.doc 29.07.2015 allotment of the lands under the Maharashtra Resettlement of Project Affected Persons Act as and by way of rehabilitation. Having regard to the said facts, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Petition to be placed for final hearing after the Diwali Vacation of the year 2015 to be shown at the appropriate place on the final hearing board with liberty to the parties to apply. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. Since the Writ Petition No.2582 of 2015 is companion to the above Petition, both the Petitions to be listed together.
