The Order dated 4-5-2016 passed by the State Government i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition. The challenge is principally on the ground that a Second Revision Application is not maintainable.

The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 Mr. Yadav holding for Mr. Tapkir on instructions states that the Respondent No.4 would withdraw the Second Revision Application filed before the State Government i.e. the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to challenge the order dated 29-10-2015 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Pune. In view of the said statement made by the Learned Counsel Mr. Yadav, it is not necessary to consider the challenge to the impugned order mmj

wp-5962-16-(17) on merits. The impugned order would accordingly stand set aside in view of the withdrawal of the Second Revision Application. The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 would be further at liberty to challenge the order dated 29-10-2015 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar by way of a Writ Petition in this Court.
