Learned APP on instructions from Police Inspector attached to Lonavala City Police Station, Lonavala submitted that, trial in respect of Sessions Case No.138 of 2022 arising out of C.R. No.130 of 2015 registered against Petitioner has already commenced and as of today one witness has been examined by the Trial Court. That, some of Accused persons have filed Application for bail before the Trial Court and hearing of the same is in progress.
