This is an application for recalling order dated 8.6.2011 passed by this Court. By that order, Civil Revision Application was dismissed for nonprosecution. 3.

Mr.Narula states that the respondents are served by hand delivery and to that effect affidavit of service is filed. None appears for the respondents.

No reply opposing the application is filed.

For the reasons stated in the

2/2 CAC/406/2015 application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), more so when it was filed immediately on 11.6.2011.

Civil Revision Application No.83 of 2004 is restored to its original position.
