This is the fourth bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application was rejected on merits vide order dated 11th March, 2013 by this Court (Coram : A. M. Thipsay, J.). The second application seeking bail was also rejected by the same Judge on 2nd July, 2013. The third bail application also was rejected by the same Judge vide order dated 11th July, 2014.

Learned A.P.P and the learned Counsel for the intervener state that the trial has already commenced and so far, three witnesses have been examined in the said case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the fact that the trial has commenced, no interference whatsoever is warranted. The application stands rejected.
