Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant. The Applicant seeks extension of a period of six weeks for furnishing surety which had been ordered vide order dated 13th March, 2019 and which was to be furnished within 8 weeks from the said order. 2.

Accordingly the time for furnishing surety is extended by a further period of four weeks from the expiry of the eight weeks granted by order dated 13th March, 2019.
