By this Interim Application Applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.5479 of 2021. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Interim Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Application. Hence, the following order is passed : Waghmare 1 / 2

48.IA.1392.21 in wpl.5479.21.doc i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:

"(b)The Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the applicant to amend the above said writ petition No.5479 of 2021 as indicated in the Schedule annexed to the Interim Application."

ii) Amendment to be carried out on or before 23.07.2021.

iii) If amendment is carried out within time, the Applicant is directed to serve amended copy of Writ Petition No.5479 of 2021 on the other side immediately thereafter and file affidavit of service to that effect on or before 27.07.2021.

iv) Interim Application is allowed accordingly. v) No order as to costs.
