5. Prima facie this Court of the view that the order impugned is without jurisdiction as the revision lies before the Deputy Director of Land Records and not the State Government.

In view of above, the learned counsel for respondent nos.1 to 3

2 911.5696.19 wp.doc consent for quashing the order impugned dated 28/02/2019 passed by the State Government. As such, order impugned is accordingly quashed and set aside. Petition stands disposed of Liberty to respondent nos. 1 to 3 to move for proceedings under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before Deputy Director of Land Records. Needless to say that the time consumed before the State Government in prosecuting the proceedings be considered while dealing with the issue of limitation. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.]
