It appears that the Petitioner-in person had originally filed Writ Petition by himself and thereafter, learned Advocate has been appointed through Legal Services Committee. The prayer in the Petition shows, the Petitioner has challenged the order of the learned Single Judge of this Court by filing Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

We have informed the learned Advocate, who is appearing through Legal Services Committee, to give advise to the Petitioner as to the proper course of action to be taken as obviously the Writ Petition against the order passed by the learned Single Judge is not maintainable.
