I don't see any convincing reasons which warrant any interference in the order of grant of regular bail of respondent - accused.

However, in case if applicant comes out with details of the property of the accused person, learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer assures that Investigating Officer shall take appropriate steps to attach the said property in accordance with law so as to secure the interest of depositors.

As such, application stands disposed of.
