These matters were heard for sometime.

It appears that learned Advocates for the respective sides deem it proper to have the matter expedited in case No. 08/DVN/2013 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.2 at Mazgaon, Mumbai. It is submitted that a time frame of about three to six months may be granted.

Learned Advocates for the respective sides submit that they shall appear before the trial Court on 10th April, 2017. Further notices are not required to be issued.

Considering the above, these petitions are disposed of. All contentions of the litigating sides are kept open in Case No. 08/DVN/2013 which learned Metropolitan Magistrate Court No.2 at Mazgaon, Mumbai would decide within a period of eight months from the date of appearance which is 10th April, 2017. 5.

Pursuant to the interim orders of the trial Court, the wife to be permitted to withdraw the maintenance amounts. 6.

Pending applications, if any, do not survive and stand disposed of.
