Learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 & 3 states that secured asset which is the subject matter of the present Writ Petition has been sold in a subsequent auction sale, which was conducted on 28-062021. 2.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition, which is filed by the highest bidder in an earlier auction sale and seeking time to deposit the balance amount of consideration in respect of the earlier auction sale.
