1] This application is seeking stay to the execution and implementation of the judgement and award dated 19th July 2015 passed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.1761 of 2009 by MACT Mumbai. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready and willing to deposit the entire amount of compensation with the tribunal within six weeks from the date of order. The statement is accepted and the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgement and order, subject applicant depositing entire amount of compensation within six weeks from the date of this order. On the amount being deposited, the tribunal is directed to invest the same in any nationalised bank initially

for a period of one year to be renewed subsequently from time to time till disposal of the appeal. On the applicant's failure to deposit the amount as directed within the stipulated period, the stay granted to the execution of the award will automatically stand vacated without reference to this Court. Civil application is disposed of accordingly. (Judge)
