P.C:- The wife is before this Court in writ petition. Her case pending before the Court of JMFC, Thane, is at the fag-end of conclusion thereof, i.e. the arguments of both the parties have remained to be heard. Learned Magistrate, seized of the said matter, is, therefore, directed to decide the same on own merits within two and half months from the date of receipt of this order. 2.

It is informed that the another matter initiated by the Respondent-husband, R.C.C. No. 819 of 2013, there is no progress in

In view of the same, the trial court is directed to decide R.C.C. No. 819 of 2013 within twelve months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
