Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 4.
Learned counsel for original opponents submits that this Court in 1/2
S.S.Kilaje 51-IA-8487-2024.doc order dated 04.04.2024 has mentioned the "appellant/ Insurance Company" however, it should be "Defense department", hence, necessary corrections are required to be made.

Considering the submissions, in the order dated 04.04.2024, the word "appellant/Insurance Company" be replaced with the word "Defense department". Necessary corrections be carried out in the original order and the corrected order be uploaded.

Out of the compensation amount received by the claimants 70% amount along with interest be given to the sons of the deceased i.e. respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and 30% amount of compensation along with interest be given to claimant No.1. i.e. mother of the deceased. The amount in the share of claimant Nos. 2 and 3 be deposited in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank. The claimant Nos. 2 and 3 are entitled for receiving interest on the said amount every month or as per their wish. 7.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that this Court has directed the appellant to deposit the compensation amount along with interest within eight weeks. The said period be extended. At his request, six weeks period is extended to deposit the amount. If claimants want to relax the condition of fixed deposit amount, they can approach to the concerned Tribunal.
