The Authorized Officer of the Applicant and the Respondent No.1 are personally present in the Court and they conceded to the execution of the Consent Terms. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings mentioned in the said Consent Terms are treated as undertakings given to this Court.
