Mr. Pise states that respondent-tenant has handed over possession of the suit premises to the petitioners. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Mr. Kshirsagar has no objection.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Pise, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs.
