Learned Counsel for the applicants stated that the applicants have already wound up their operations at the site and so intimated to the authorities. However, the task of removing the machinery may take a few more days, particularly looking to the rainy season. She has stated that an intimation to this effect has also been made to the parties by one of the applicants.
