Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is the second application filed by the applicant seeking extension of time of six weeks to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 14th January 2019 in Criminal Bail Application No. 2691 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant assures that within the said period of six weeks, the applicant will take all steps to ensure that the sureties as directed, will be furnished.

appp.714.19.928.doc In view of the statement made by the applicant through his counsel, the time is extended by a period of six weeks from today to furnish sureties as directed by this Court vide order dated 14th January 2019. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted.
