Learned counsel for the applicant seeks extension of time to decide the representation of non applicant by further period of two months from today. Mr. R. M. Kamble, Regional Joint Director, Higher Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, who is present before the Court, makes a statement that extension is required in order to issue show cause notice to the non applicant and then to take action in accordance with law after granting the petitioner an opportunity of being heard.
