This is an Application for modification of order dated 4th October, 2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.870 of 2021. The applicant was restrained from entering the jurisdiction of Radhanagari Police Station, Kolhapur, except for the purpose of attending the police station, until further orders. 3.
The facility of Bail has been availed by the applicant and accordingly, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the conditions imposed while granting Bail has been complied with. He submitted that for a period of one year, the applicant has not
entered the jurisdiction of Radhanagari Police Station, Kolhapur. He submitted that the applicant's permanent residence falls within the jurisdiction of Radhanagari Police station, Kolhapur, and therefore requested that the condition to report the police station once in a month may be altered to once in fortnight by permitting him to enter jurisdiction of aforesaid police station. 4.
Learned APP submits that the applicant may be directed to attend the police station once in a week inspite of once in a month. 5.
Considering the facts as above, Condition No.(iii) in operative part of order dated 4th October, 2021 can be dispensed with. It is not reported that the applicant has committed breach of any conditions. The order was passed a year ago. To keep check on the applicant, Clause No.(ii) of the operative part of the said order can be modified by dispensing with the condition stipulated in Clause (iii) of the said order.

Hence, I pass the following order:
(i) Clause (iii) in the operative part of order dated 4th October, 2021 directing the applicant not to enter the jurisdiction of Radhanagari Police Station, stands deleted.
(ii) Clause (ii) in the operative part of order dated 4th October, 2021 is modified by directing the
applicant to attend Radhanagari Police Station once in fortnight on Sunday between 11.00 am to 2.00 noon.
(iii)The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
