DATE : 3rd August, 2018.

P.C.:- 1) The applicant has failed to honour the statement made by her initially on 19/5/2017 and thereafter from time to time and sought extensions after extensions of the interim relief granted by an order dated 19th May, 2017 on the ground that the applicant has settled the matter. For the last three occasions, request was made to this Court to grant indulgence and same was accordingly granted, however, today again same request is made for extension of time for compliance with the earlier statement.
