1] By a reasoned Order dated 13 th June 2017 the applicant was granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. 2] Perused the record of investigation.

It is the prosecution case that, the police conducted raid on a Bar and Restaurant namely Samudra Bar and Restaurant and found some women dancing in obscene manner in the said restaurant. That the applicant is the conductor of the said restaurant and was running the said 1/2

aba.876-2017.doc restaurant on the basis of an agreement with the owner of the said restaurant. The record indicates that the investigation of the present crime is practically completed. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that, the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime, is not necessary.

3] In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated th June 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Police Station is hereby waived.
