Pursuant to the praecipe filed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the matter is taken on production board. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner No.1 expired on 22.07.2017. He submits that Petitioner No.2 is Managing Director of National Heavy Engineering Co. Operative Ltd. He submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the Writ Petition, unconditionally. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, unconditionally.
