At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks extension of time to delete the Respondent no.2 from the array of Respondents. Time granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

On the last date, the matter was adjourned to enable the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. Today, both, the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the Respondent No.1 have tendered Consent Minutes of Order dated 27th January, 2020 entered into between the parties. The said Consent Minutes of Order are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The petitioners' representative Mr. Rajendra Kanalkar, Sales and Marketing Executive as well the Respondent No.1's Accountant, Ms. Khushbu Vora, are present in Court and acknowledge their signatures on the said Consent Minutes of the Order. Accordingly, there shall be an order in terms of the Consent Minutes of Order dated 27th January, 2020, except clause D of the Consent Minutes of Order. Clause D stands modified as under.

Since, the suit now only pertains to one invoice and interest on seven suit invoices, the trial is expedited.

Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. Petitioners to file their written statement, within four weeks from today. 6.
