The Petitioner had challenged the order of transfer dated 7 February 2018 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai. The Tribunal first granted an ad-interim order, then by the impugned order, the ad-interim order was vacated. The Petitioner challenged the vacation of the interim order by this Petition. Notice was issued in this Petition on 4 June 2018 and it was made clear that

The reply affidavit is filed in which it is stated that the Petitioner has taken charge on 2 May 2018 at the transfer place. The learned Counsel for the Respondents also informs that the Original Application is disposed of. Perhaps that is the reason, none appears for the Petitioner, as the Petition perhaps no longer survives. The Writ Petitions is accordingly disposed of.
