Learned AGP on instructions states that the file of revision application filed by the petitioners is placed before the learned Minister on 4th January 2023 and again on 29th February 2024, the learned Minister is appraised of the same. Learned AGP further states that specific date for hearing of the revision application is not yet fixed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has already filed an application on 28th March 2023 for fixing preemptory date for hearing of his revision application. He submits that Page no. 1 of 2

5-wp-7268-2023.doc considering that the file is forwarded before the learned Minister, petitioners will again make an application for assigning the date of hearing. Since, the file of revision application is already put up before the learned Minister, the petitioners are at liberty to make an before the learned Minister. The present petition, challenges the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, which is already challenged by the petitioners before the learned Minister. 3.

Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to make appropriate application before the learned Since, substantial prayer of the petitioners is making a grievance that the revision application before the learned Minister is pending, it is not necessary to issue notice to other respondents and the petition is disposed of based on the instructions of the learned AGP. 4.

Needless to record that, if any application is made by the petitioners for fixing pre-emptory date of hearing, the learned Minister to assign an appropriate date for hearing of the revision application, at the earliest.
