Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant and learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State.

Applicant apprehends to be arrested by Lonavala Rural Police Station in Crime No.65 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 427 of the IPC. Hence he has filed this application for anticipatory bail. According to the Applicant, his name is not appearing in the FIR. For the first time, his role is alleged to have been transpired about 15 days after the incident. The only role attributed to him is of assault with fists blows and kicks. The alleged incident had taken place on 21st April, 2015. Other co-accused are arrested and weapon of assault is also recovered from them. In such 1/2 ABA-742-15.doc

situation, this is a fit case where the relief, as claimed, deserves to be granted. Hence the order :- "O R D E R"

In case of arrest of the Applicant - Govind Bhaguji Kokare in C.R. No.65 of 2015 registered at Lonavala Rural Police Station, he may be released on P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, subject to following conditions :- (a) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) Applicant shall co-operate in investigation of the case by making himself available as and when required by the Police.

(c) Applicant shall give attendance at concerned Police Station twice in a week on Monday and Thursday in between 11 am to 1 pm.

(d) Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
