This is an application for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent by Special Judge, (under P.C.Act) Greater Mumbai, vide order dated 18th March, 2017. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the application has become infructuous. The order granting bail passed by the Special Court was modified by this Court vide order dated 19th December, 2017. Subsequently, by order dated 16th August, 2018, the modified order was stayed for a period of five weeks to enable the respondent to approach the Apex Court.
