1. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

2. Perused the order dated 18.01.2022.

3. Perused the Interim Application. Pursuant to the order dated 18.01.2022 the Respondent has deposited an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court. Applicant has placed on record communication dated 20.05.2022 issued by the Principal of R.V.Independent P.U. Science College in respect of the tuition fees and other fees of the child Seemran Jeetendra Shinde, daughter of the Petitioner and Respondent. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

4. In view of the submissions /averments made in the Interim Application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"a) The Applicant be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- alongwith interest thereon which is deposited by the Petitioner in this Hon'ble Court as per order dated 22.10.2021 and 18.01.2022 in Writ Petition No. 1291 of 2021."

5. The Applicant i.e. Respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- alongwith accrued interest thereon which stands deposited in this Court.
