This is an appeal against acquittal. The records reveal that despite several opportunities given, the appellant has not furnished address of the respondent no.1. As a result thereof, no notice could be issued to the respondent no.1.

By way of indulgence, final opportunity is given to the appellant to furnish address of the respondent no.1 within a period of one week from today. If the address of respondent no.1 is furnished within one week, registry to issue notice to the respondent no.1,
