Learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions states that during the pendency of this Application, charge-sheet was filed against the Applicant. He, therefore, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this Application with liberty to file an appropriate Application after filing of the charge-sheet in the Sessions Court.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If an Application is preferred by the Applicant after filing of the charge-sheet, the learned
