1) The learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court submitted that in pursuance of Order dated 5th July 2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and cooperated in the process of investigation. She further on instructions submitted that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) I have perused the first information report and papers pertaining to the investigation. Even otherwise, it appears that the applicant is not the beneficiary of the fruits of the present crime and she was working only as a clerk/accountant in the firm of the complainant.
