By a reasoned Order dated 30.06.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that as per the direction, the Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.75,000/­ with the Investigating Officer and has complied with the said order.

Perused the record of investigation. After perusing the record of investigation, this Court is of the view that custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 30.06.2017 is hereby confirmed.
