Heard Mr.Amey Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satyajeet Dighe, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

Mr. Deshpande invited my attention to the order dated 4.5.2018 and submitted that in paragraph-3 it is wrongly recorded that the order is passed by the Family Court, Nashik. The order dated 23.4.2015 is passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nashik. He further submits that at the time of passing of the order dated 4.5.2018, the petitioner was in arrears of Rs.1,55,000/- and not Rs.1,80,000/-. Notwithstanding that he has deposited Rs.1,80,000/- in the J.M.F.C. Court at Nashik and it is agreed between the parties that 1 / 2

He further submits that as the impugned order was for granting access between 1.5.2018 and 15.5.2018, the petition is rendered infructuous. In view thereof, nothing survives in this Petition and is dismissed as such. Order accordingly.
