This is an application received through Jail for transfer of case of the Applicant from the file of Special Court under MCOC Act, Thane to the Special Court at Mumbai on the ground that the trial of the said case is not progressing.

The learned APP on instructions submitted that as of today six witnesses have been examined by the Trial Court at Thane and the Trial is being conducted steadily. 3.

In view of the above, there is no need to transfer the Page-1/2

27-appln.309-16 case from the MCOC Court at Thane to the MCOC Court at Mumbai.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
