The Applicant is seeking extension of four weeks time for transit bail granted to him by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.604 of 2015 on 28th April, 2015 in C.R. No.16 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 r/w. 120(B) and 511 of the IPC and 13(2) r/w. 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 21 1/2 APPP-440-15.doc

and 2(2) and 23 of MMDR Act, 1957. The said offences are registered at the instance of the complaint lodged by the Police Inspector and Investigating Officer, Special Investigation Team, Lokayukta, Bangalore. The extension is sought on the ground that the Applicant is not keeping well. However, the certificate which is produced by the Applicant is dated 20th April, 2015, whereas the order of transit bail was passed on 28th April, 2015 and by the said transit bail, he was granted a period of four weeks. In view thereof, when already the period has expired and no fresh certificate is produced on record, this application cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Application stands dismissed. [DR.
